DOUCE FRANCE has the sleek lines of an extremely fast catamaran, a radical new concept in superyachts when she was built in 1998. Her interior is elegant and simple with a colonial ambience created by the use of mahogany and rosewood furniture on the main deck. By contrast the staterooms are decorated in pale sycamore and all 6 cabins conveniently convert to either double or twin rooms with shower rooms en suite.

With a total sail area Qf 5,692 sqft, Douce France has the ability to sail at 14/15 knots in 20 - 25 knots of breeze. Her twin diesel engines allow her to silently cruise at 12 knots if winds become insufficient.  However aboard Douce France, speed is just one element .... above all she is a cruising Superyacht.

An atmosphere of luxury and elegant décor prevail, surrounded by a world of beauty and adventure. Guests have a choice of three dining areas; the spacious cockpit pleasantly shaded by the overhang of the deckhouse; the more intimate lounge for the cooler evenings or the aft teak deck where you can enjoy the warm breeze and dine under the starlight. The 250-bottle cave à vin of select wines will please the most discerning guest and compliment the flavours of cuisine.  Unique Douce France tableware from Limoges, enhance the presentation.

Guests choosing the main lounge can enjoy 360* views through the windows on the curvaceous deckhouse.  With cushioned seating and sunbathing mattresses, the foredeck is a prime setting to relax.  Access to the water aft is particularly easy, using the folding stairway.  The attention of her international, professional crew, including a scuba instructor, ensures your cruise will be most memorable.
