Martinique

The Island is volcanic in origin, crowned by the active Mont Pelee, Often called the "Isle of Flowers" there are natural botanical gardens tucked into this rugged landscape. This Island offer some of the most stunningly beautiful and safe anchorages in the Caribbean.

Long luscious beaches, swimming and diving are the main attractions in the south. There's a lot going on here, but it all happens on Caribbean time. There is plenty to do on shore by day and to sample the city's budding nightlife. The location places it to windward of this sailing region making it the ideal starting point for a one way sailing holiday across the short stretch of water to St Lucia and down through the Grenadines.

St Lucia

St Lucia is a small, lush tropical gem that is still relatively unknown, the sort of island that travelers to the Caribbean dream about. St Lucia is one of the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles, and is located between Martinique and St.Vincent, and north of Barbados. Mountainous and lush, you will experience this jewel of the Windwards Islands as a place of natural wonders where you are greeted with warm hospitality. It's a volcanic island where the twin peaks of The Pitons rise over 2000 ft at the water's edge. Further inland there are hikes you can take where the rain forests shelter wild orchids, giant ferns and birds of paradise.

You can visit Soufriere, the world's only drive-in volcano, or relax in the earth's rejuvenating heat in the pools at Diamond Baths. And spend an evening in Marigot Bay, one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean. Just when you tire of palm-fringed beaches, secluded anchorages and dive sites in every direction.

St Lucia provides many oppurtunities to hike, watch birds, dive, and tour St. Lucia's outstanding natural attractions. The island offers a full range of recreational facilities. Visitors may enjoy the leisurely pleasures of touring St Lucia by horse, or relax with a round of golf amid St. Lucia's entrancing natural beauty. There are also a number of activities more closely related to the traditional life of St. Lucia, including deep-sea fishing, weekly "jump-ups" at Gros Islet, and visits to the weekly market at Castries. Don't forget the famous Jazz festivla once a year in St Lucia
