Oceanis 50

A popular choice since 2008 and still in steady demand for bareboat charter. Beneteau has met requirements for a boat that's just right for holiday sailing, with two highly popular layout configurations - the four doubles with en-suites and the five-cabin versions. A single cabin forward (on most boats) makes this an ideal monohull option for skippered charters. .

The Oceanis 50 features a sleek coachroof, long side windows, a fully-integrated mainsail arch and all the ergonomic ease of detailed design to make the most of every space. “It delivers a new interpretation of comfort and luxury under sail!” Said Bruno Belmont, Sailing Development Manager at Beneteau.

The mainsail arch and the fact that the control lines are all led back to the helm positions mean that the gently-inclined companionway is filled with light from above. The companionway opens into an enormous saloon with a galley that’s more like a full-sized kitchen.  Forward, the splendid owner’s cabin offers magnificent space and plenty of well-thought out storage. This sailing yacht with its clean lines offers an unequalled choice of layout versions for sailing as a couple or cruising with a big family (Family Versions). The design is luxurious and contemporary in the Oceanis 50 with woodwork in mahogany Alpi, LED lights, and stainless steel and leather reading lights.

We can package your charter on a partially or fully crewed basis, with optional crew members such as hostess/cook and deckhand as well as skipper. We will also arrange full advance provisioning of the boat if required. Your contract is directly with the skipper through the charter operator.

When enquiring about this boat, please ask us about a paid crew, and we can discuss all the benefits in more detail.

"The highlight of our Croatia charter was actually having a skipper who could make berthing arrangements at each place we visited. Toni was fantastic. He would also make restaurant recommendations and bookings as well. He took the stress of decision-making away which meant we had a much better experience at each island we visited. Everything flowed!"
