About Yacht Charters in Turkey
We can arrange a one way downwind from Bodrum to Gocek and or beyond allowing a nice blend of wide-open spaces, historical sites, towns, villages and restaurants.
Shorter charters can be based on the main centres taking you from Bodrum to Marmaris or from Marmaris to Gocek in the Bay of Fethiye or vice versa. The Gulf of Gokova can be explored from the yacht base in Orhaniye and the Carian coast from Turgutreis within short distance to some of the most interesting and less visited parts of the coast.
Wind and Sailing Conditions
The Meltemi thermal wind (may to October) peaks in July and August. Daily cooling breezes are generally stronger in the afternoon dropping to complete stillness at night.
Winds are usually west to north west between 10 -20 knots.
