How do I get to the Andaman Island charter base?
Access to the Andaman Islands is via Port Blair, the capital and only gateway for air travellers. Daily direct flights operate from several major Indian cities, including Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, and Bangalore, with connections from other hubs across the country. For international visitors, it is usually easiest to route through one of these cities before taking a domestic connection. We recommend allowing at least three hours between international and domestic flights to collect baggage and re-check in.
On arrival at Port Blair, your charter team will meet you at the airport or designated point of arrival, and will assist with transfers. From there, you may continue to the charter base on Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) either by high-speed ferry or private boat transfer, both of which provide a scenic introduction to the islands. Your crew or local representatives will handle the logistics, ensuring your journey to the charter yacht is seamless.
