For a week, we generally recommend concentrating on one part of the island group. From Mallorca you can explore the island's varied coastline, include Cabrera when conditions and access permit, and potentially make a passage to Menorca. Alternatively, focus on Ibiza and Formentera for a combination of beautiful anchorages, beaches and lively ports.
With two weeks available, you have much greater freedom to combine islands while still allowing time ashore and some flexibility for weather.
As with any charter itinerary, it's better to see fewer places properly than spend your holiday rushing to meet an ambitious schedule.
