What can you do while sailing in the Tuamotus?
The Tuamotus are renowned for their extraordinary marine environment and are considered one of the world's premier destinations for snorkelling and diving.
Days are typically spent exploring crystal-clear lagoons, snorkelling over coral gardens, visiting remote motus, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply relaxing in spectacular natural surroundings. Marine life is abundant, with regular encounters including reef sharks, manta rays, turtles, dolphins and colourful tropical fish.
Unlike more developed charter destinations, there are few crowds and limited shore-based attractions. The focus is very much on nature, the ocean, and the unique experience of exploring one of the most remote island groups in French Polynesia.
