Yacht Charter FAQs

When is the best time to charter in the Tuamotus?

The most reliable period for chartering in the Tuamotu Archipelago is from May through October. During these months, the climate is typically drier, temperatures are moderate, and the trade winds are consistent without being excessive. It’s an ideal balance for both sailing and time spent in the water.

From November through April, the weather becomes warmer and more humid, with a greater chance of tropical showers and occasional unsettled systems. While it’s still possible to charter during this period, it requires a bit more flexibility in planning and expectations.

As with all destinations, timing can also influence pricing and availability, which we help you factor into your overall plan.
